These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Asnaan Design Clinic ("we," "us," "our," or "the Clinic"), located at Unit 34, Vincentore Benessere, Arjan, Barsha South, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By scheduling an appointment or receiving treatment at our Clinic, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

Asnaan Design Clinic provides a range of dental services including but not limited to Smile Design, Feldspathic Porcelain Veneers, Dental Implants, Crowns & Restorations, Invisalign Clear Aligners, Root Canal Therapy, Composite Build-Ups, Crown Lengthening, General Dentistry, and Pediatric Dentistry. All treatments are performed by qualified dental professionals in accordance with the standards set by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).

2. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled via telephone, WhatsApp, or in person at our Clinic. We strive to accommodate your preferred dates and times. Patients are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated cancellations with insufficient notice may result in a requirement for advance booking confirmation for future appointments.

4. Patient Responsibilities

Patients are expected to provide accurate and complete medical and dental history, including current medications, allergies, and any pre-existing conditions. Patients must follow post-treatment care instructions as advised by their treating dentist. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment outcomes.

5. Treatment Consent

Prior to any procedure, our dental team will explain the proposed treatment, alternative options, associated risks, and expected outcomes. Written or verbal consent will be obtained before treatment commences. Patients have the right to ask questions and may decline or postpone treatment at any time.

6. Payments & Fees

Treatment fees are discussed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of any procedure. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Flexible installment options through select financing partners may be available in the future. Any payment plans will be documented in a separate agreement.

7. Medical Records & Confidentiality

All patient records, including medical history, diagnostic imaging, and treatment plans, are maintained in strict confidence in accordance with UAE Federal Law and DHA regulations. Patient information is only shared with referring specialists or other healthcare providers with the patient's explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Asnaan Design Clinic and its dental professionals shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from dental treatment, except where such liability is mandated by applicable UAE law. Dental procedures carry inherent risks, and individual treatment outcomes may vary based on patient-specific factors including oral hygiene, medical conditions, and adherence to post-treatment care.

9. Complaints & Feedback

We are committed to providing exceptional care and welcome all feedback. If you have a concern regarding your treatment, please contact our Clinic directly. All complaints will be handled in accordance with DHA patient rights guidelines. Unresolved matters may be referred to the Dubai Health Authority.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided by Asnaan Design Clinic shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

11. Updates to Terms

Asnaan Design Clinic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. We encourage patients to review these terms periodically.
